Im Rahul from Kerala.I just completed my B.Tech this year.Now Im working for Sansui Electronics,Pune.Im tht much lucky to have the name of a great cricketing legend I had ever seen as mine.one and only one RAHUL DRAVID.Like millions of people im also a small diehard fan of him.For me cricket is my heart and it always beats for one man,Dravid.my ideal person,my motivator and my god.Not only his way of playing but also his character on real life attracted me a lot.On my room you cant find any other god's pictures than my real god's!!!.Everyone will ask me seeing that "are u a mad?".And for all of them Im having an answer "Ya..Im mad,mad about him".My dream is to meet my god and becoming the first man in the world to meet "his god" personaly.because noone will have a living legend as his one and only one god!!!!...

I really don’t know how much I got affected by the great game of cricket. I still remember that on the time of my 10th board exams the worldcup was going out there on Southafrica. And my history exam was on the next day after the final between India and Australia. I still remember the whole night I cant even read anything .because I got that much affected by the result of the match. Even after Australia scored a massive score I had hope on my team that too when Sewag & Dravid was batting. Anyhow by god’s grace my exam gone well!!...ok..ok..let me talk about my team,my RCB!!!... I love my RCB that much.On both the IPL season i always stand with my team.I know they had the potential to win the matches than any other teams.First of all my god,Dravid is always there with RCB all the time.How much I like him that much I love my RCB.I didnt miss any of my team's matches from the first IPL season onwards.Its not only because of my favourate player is there with RCB.According to me RCB is the most balanced team on IPL.The players which I always salutes like Dravid,Kumble,Kallis,Peterson,Taylor and many other talented youngsters.We all saw how they proved their capabilities last season.One thing I want to mention here.Without one man's support RCB cant reach this level.Dr.Viyay Malia's.Even after a poor first season he supported the team with more energy and enthusiasam.Im sure like me the whole RCB salutes him for that.And Im that much sure that the Champions League Trophy will be lifted by my RCB.

I can be a cheif motivator for my RCB because Im watching them that much closer from that first season of IPL.After that first season I still believe on their abilities which they proved later to be true. According to me the team containing the most experinced players in the league is my RCB like Kumble, Dravid, Kallis, Boucher,Pieterson even Misabah too.Then so many Twenty20 specialists like Taylor, White, Ryder, Uthappa, Steyn. Also we are the team with most young talented cricketers like Pandey, Kohli, Merwe, Goswami, Vinay, Praveen, Appanna and so on.With this much resources on hand RCB is surely going to win the upcoming league.So im so so happy to be a Chief Motivator who will always a part of my RCB.Some of my friends will always say that RCB is a 'TEST' team.I agree with them.because me too think so.that my RCB is a TEST team."Twenty20 Experts & Specialists Team!!!!.....

We all know how much we Indians got affected by the game cricket. For us its a religion which unites the whole country. So motivating the fans is something like encouraging their feelings, their emotions and so on. Motivating someone is very very simple thing and also its so difficult thing .it depends on the situation where we do the motivation .When a team got badly defeated by the opponents, we cant motivate a fellow fan by saying "still we are the best..we are the no.1..and somethng like that". But we can make him feel hopeful by saying "dont worry..we will be back..because we had the potential ..its just only one game...and something like that". Here we are maintaining his belief on the team. Naturally on the next time he will support the team with a good fresh mind and with more energy.
