17 yrs old fan Vignesh Sridhar presents on Player Motivation
Vignesh the baby of the lot presenting today came totally prepared with his own hard drive, his little netbook and dressed RCB with not just an RCB jersey but an RCB tattoo to compliment it.
He begins with what Player Motivation is, what its importance is. Basically bridging the gap between the players and the fans so the players know that there is someone who supports him.
Blogs and cheering fans on the website helps encourage fans.
He has ideas like team anthems, slogans, motivational videos
Fans suggest that they would should send out their lucky charms, letters, super hero avatars on the site to motivate him, player specific fanatic fans (with the most fanatic fans identified for every player), pre-seasoned fan designed motivational kit, voicemail service for every player
What's more!? Sid Mallaya adds his two cents to the idea saying "No matter where in the world the fans maybe, we have got to let them know that they will be supported anyway."
Beautiful Presentation by 17 year old Vignesh, sure brought up a lot of ideas in this category from the crowd.
