busy bee... working on the newsletter
wanted to give you all a quick update on one of the things we've been busy with. based on all your feedback, we're putting together an RCB newsletter that is *scheduled* to come out next week. it'll be the 1st issue which is quite exciting :) we're starting small and simple - feedback is always welcome -- while we probably won't be able to incorporate all of your suggestions, they will help us shape the newsletter in the long run.
here's the bare outline for now:
The highlight of the issue
RCB news (news posts & tournament updates)
Fan Club (new posts, contests if any, updates on meet ups, and featured fans)
Important Dates
short & simple. some fans asked from input from the coach & players... not sure if that's possible now but I'll give you an update over the weekend.

Together with the Fan Advisory Board - They run all the activities, meetups and contests on RCB - on and off the Site.

yes, we've been sending out emailers for about three months now. we aim to send them once/week. over time, we've been editting the copy to make it more reader-friendly. the newsletter that's coming out next week goes one step further - it's not just text but HTML-ized - bottomline - it will look awesome (should make fans want to forward it to friends)
It is really a good idea to have newsletter and could be very handy for all the fans.
