Did you ever wanna be a Community Manager? Wondered what it would take for you to be one?

Well.. here is your chance! How??

Design your own contest on RCB! It can be trivia, crosswords, word searches, puzzles, anything u want. You will have two weeks to run this contest.

For those of you who are fanatic fans, you can post this up on your blog and I will keep an eye for 2 weeks to check how well your contest is doing.

For those of you who aren't fanatic fans and do not have blogging access, you can send in your contest to me- natasha@royalchallengers.com and I will put it up on my blog.

Depending on the popularity of your contest, you may win the chance to be 'Community Manager' for a week or 10 days depending on how well you doing and blog right next to Natasha@RCB and Nidhi @RCB.

Design a contest and figure out a way for the fans to reply. If you want examples of contests, search for the trivia or crossword that was designed by two of our fans sometime last year or so.. It's in the Fan Blog.

I always prefer seeing some design examples. If i start doing something and it turns out that it was not as expected, whole effort goes wrong ...

I was very touched when I read this inspirational story about how FIFA distributes complimentary tickets. RCB fans should read http://bit.ly/sportisforall and if someone can build an implementable idea around this philosophy, it will be great
