@Kunal- one of my oldest rcb buddy, I am happy about it.
I missed all these excitement and fun because my grand father's health is not fine who is very very dearer to me and I need to serve him when he is suffering from ill health.
I hope there is always a chance next time.
Proud to be an RCB fan which is doing so much for the fans!!

Thank you everyone! I'm still in shock as those of you at the send-off could probably tell! Kunal, Allen, first of all congrats and second of all, please be prepared to pretend you have no idea who I am when I invariably end up shrieking in the plane that I've won! ;)

wow. This really comes as a suprise, specially with radio sandeep, who's done some fabulous work in the competition :) Raghu should have been there too, some misundertanding, and sadly pulled out. Vinayak, shashank, pradeep sanyal, u guys make my visit to bangalore memorable every time. I feel gifted to have such people to back me up.

@Raghunath, we're sitting on a document called "guidelines for the fan club", but it's been delayed by all the activities. hoping to have it up next week. it documents the process of becoming and staying a fanatic fan, and describes what a "fanatic fan" by our definition stands for.
we might need to then have a debate about the name "fanatic fan" and if it's appropriate.. but we'll let the community decide that next week :)

The rest - guys, don't feel bad! If you are a "Real RCB Fan" just be happy that Real RCB fans have made it!
@Natasha - sorry if the contest was marred by many controversies. I am sure this will help "cleanse" the fanatic fans list. We should soon move to the dictionary meaning of "fanatic" fan.
It would also enlighten everyone if, in generic terms, you can tell the fans about the "dark side of the community" - without naming anyone.
It will educate future fanatics about what they are not expected to do. Don't hesitate to refer my posts too - I do not claim to have done it correctly. I did the way I felt I should for accelerated action.
The rest - guys, don't feel bad! If you are a "Real RCB Fan" just be happy that Real RCB fans have made it!
