Hi all. Long time no see. Was busy managing some other stuff while Nidhi and Natasha were with you guys at the Fan Summit, which was a roaring success. Kudos! From the un-conference, let’s drift to my un-blog. I hear Natasha is cryptically talking about RCB Jerseys and how to get them. Here is what would get you one for sure (Disclaimer: Read Disclaimer!)

5 ways to deserve an RCB Jersey:

1. Camp outside Chinnaswami Stadium for 3 days before the first game of the season
2. Claim to know Robin Uthhappa personally and have his number
3. Buy original jerseys of the other nine teams, and dye them RCB red!
4. Form a group of 30 RCB fans and storm a rival screening
5. Change the ringtone of a rival supporter to the RCB Anthem

Got more ideas? Who am I kidding! Of course you do. Let me know.

@mridul_mittal now that is what a die hard would do.... If you manage such a feat, trust me you would get more than just a RCB Jersey!
ankit@RCB on 21 Jun 2010, 03:35 PM
@Ankit
now tell me that if anybody buys 9 jerseys as mentioned(Buy original jerseys of the other nine teams, and dye them RCB red!). It will Take almost 10,000 rupees to buy and dye them red and then he will get 1 rcb jersey.
But With the 10,000 Rupees He can purchace 5 rcb jerseys without a member of fan-club and if he is a member of Royal Challengers Bangalore Fanclub he can buy 7 jerseys.
Now tell me that the fans are fool!!!

hey, why dont we just walk in to a reebok store and buy a jersey at a (30%) discounted price of Rs.280? ;-)
radiosandeep on 19 Jun 2010, 12:25 PM
@Nidhi- EXCEPT THE ROBIN UTHAPPA THING ;-)

Try to patao the community managers.........sure to get one...
or run a contest to reach an X number of fans on FB,twitter.......once reached, pamper them who post on the same.....
better still,keep a Fun run @metro cities, and gift the ones who come last........but do not announce this atthe start of the run........or the fun run will never be over hehehehe

Introduce the 'Red & Yellow Bravery Awards' for rival team fans who even dare to enter the Chinnaswamy on Match Day. And the Award will be in the form of RCB jerseys...Ha!!! Eat that...you rival fan!!!

But hold on for a sec...I could keep those award jerseys for myself, couldn't I!!??

Sometimes I'm amazed at the awesomeness of my own dumbness!!! :) :) :)

@Nidhi,

Think you misunderstood me there.....I said I don't see a person recording them selves storming a rival screening......and well the other stuff too.....

BTW - For the record I'll never ever said you lied.....you implied that.....(*something I should know here?) lol :)

first 3 are little tough but possible, lst one Change the ringtone of a rival supporter to the RCB Anthem
How will you verify whether the person whom i ask to change the ringtone to RCB Anthem is a rival supporter.

Think Big, Think Positively :)

lol @ "month left at the end of the money"
ankit@RCB on 18 Jun 2010, 06:11 PM
Exchange your Kingfisher Airlines 'Frequent Flier' points for a free jersey (Can we really **ahem** do this???). Do this in the middle of the month because there is always so much month left at the end of the money...!!!
Prometheus on 18 Jun 2010, 05:50 PM
Walk in empty handed into the RCB head office on a cold wintry night in your swimming trunks or a two-piece. Whether you're a fan or not, you'll go home with a jersey.
Prometheus on 18 Jun 2010, 05:38 PM
@Poshin oh puh-lease! when have i ever lied! i even stood up at the fan summit and said WE'D TRY to get Dravid to meet the girls!
nidhi@RCB on 18 Jun 2010, 05:18 PM
how about giving it to the person who goes to South Africa and shouts for RCB in the England versus Algeria match tonight?

@Nidhi,
LMAO....Don't see that happening

@Ankit,
Please change the name from Robin to someone else.....I swear if I hear that name I again I'd go mad.....(Wondering what I mean? Be with Vignesh for 2 days and you'll hear his name every living minute!)
Poshin on 18 Jun 2010, 04:27 PM
lmao Nidhi...
allen-abhishek on 18 Jun 2010, 03:46 PM
Record a video of yourself doing any of the above, send it in, and I personally vouch to give you a free jersey. NOTE: 1 jersey per each bullet point (4 total*) and they go to the person who was FIRST to send me an email.

EXCEPT The Robin Uthappa thing.
nidhi@RCB on 18 Jun 2010, 03:32 PM
Turn the whole of rival city we are playing to cheer for RCB. Ah RCB Jersey would have never been so hard to get.

Login successfully to a RCB Website and get a RCB Jersey. WOW RCB Jersey would have never been so easy to get
