Happy Birthday, R Vinay Kumar
Yeah! We celebrated his birthday on the same day when Team India won dramatically against Team Australia at Adelaide. This win so important because, never before have India won against Australia on that ground! And our Men in Blue changed that line.. What an amazing victory it was!
Here is why it was so special; In Vinay Kumar style: In the 2nd over, Vinay Kumar bagged the very important wicket of R Ponting; big blow for Australia right at the start. In the 9th over, he got another biggie, D warner; the knock-out specialist of Australia. In the 35th over, he took a good catch of Forrest, the highest scorer for Australia in that match, and stopped his run-flow! In the 47th over, he got Christian Run OUT! And in the 49th over, he bowled Wade OUT! Over all, it was really a R Vinay Kumar Day! He was instrumental for 5 out of 8 wickets that fell for Australia.
And as we know, Team India won the match in Dhoni-style! That SIX was the clue. And this is what RVK tweeted "What a win... Tht sixer was amazng frm msd 112 meter!! woooooooow:):) perfect b,day gift from skipper... Proud to be an indian :):):)" And we agree!
RVK also sent "Thank you for the lovely wishes" that we all sent him! He loved the picture that we made too! We wish him a successful year ahead and may he bag so many wickets for us in the IPL 5 too! Cheers!
