Looking for volunteers to help moderate the discussion forum
Dear Fans,
I hope you have read my thread in the discussion forum - CHECK HERE
Currently we have quite a few issues with the forum like - wrong articles in wrong sections, spam, not enough categories (dont know where to post), weak moderation etc...
We need to fix that and I need help from the fans for the same. I need some volunteers who are willing to take the responsibility of moderating a category in the forum.
Duties - what you need to do?
I will brief you in detail. But here are some of the responsibilities -
> Check all threads in your categories everyday
> Delete spam
> Make sure that there are relevant threads
> Make sure people posting follow rules - proper language etc...
Qualities I am looking for
> You need to be highly active member on RCB website
> You need to demonstrate that you will be responsible
> Prior experience on discussion forums is a boon

Tania@RCB and Dhiraj@RCB are the community managers of the Fan Club. They cover site updates, upcoming contests and what's going on in the Fan Club in the Blog. They are also available to answer queries and help out the fans with the site.
Together with the Fan Advisory Board - They run all the activities, meetups and contests on RCB - on and off the Site.
