RCB Fan Summit 2012: Some guidelines
Hi RCBians,
Got a lot of queries regarding the Step 1: Unique IDEAS to be given by fans in the Fan Summit 2012. So, here is an example of what you can do.. Please see the table below sent by a fan. He mentioned that he would like to do these events with RCB.

| April and May | Offline events like fan-meetups | Will have fan meet-ups; meet n greet players and |
| June | Feedback time | Allow fans to come up with feedback of events during IPL and ask for suggestions |
| July | Again a quiz series | |
| August | Go Green activity in my state | Will get fans to plant trees and also spread awareness to use public transport |
| Sept | Launch of RCB e-magazine | Can also print it and sell it |
| Oct | CLT20 mania | |
| Nov | Fans quiz contest | Offline event for fans across cities |
| Dec | A recap season | inviting fans to write about it the whole year experience and connect to RCB memories |
This table is just an example of what a fan wants to and can do. You have to take a step further and think of more creative and more interesting and amazingly unique ideas that will impress the jury. And yes, I am sure the fans will do it.. After all, we are the Red-n-Gold gang! Our club is our fans!
You can send a monthly plan, a yearly plan or even a weekly activity that you want to do to engage fans. There is no restrictions of any sort.. After all, if your idea is good, we are here to help you implement it. And by that, we mean, you'll be the member of the RCB "Fan Advisory Board". That will give you all the privileges to make RCB club go wild and become the best club ever!
You can send in as many ideas as you want to. Take your time, think about them. Write all the ideas and mail them to me at community@royalchallengers.com. The jury will be reading all the mails and will guide you about how you can take it forward.
So unleash the boundaries and sky is the limit.. Get set started with your wish-list and send them now.. Good Luck!
