As per the translation put up by Docsom here, he seems to have translated it better, but, the rule makes it mandatory for a blog to be put up. That is something that Sachin has done first.

Very good article. I was running today morning to get the newspaper as it appeared in tuesdays edition. Nice to show to all people , friends and relatives

I just went through the article on Praja Vani and this reflects an insight of the whole event with motives explained. Generally it passes on a good impression to the reader and does not over emphasis on anything apart from the FAN CLUB.... Which is again good
