On the day of the IPL Opening Ceremony, we launched the new RCB site with a new feature - a count of how much support we fans have for the Royal Challengers.
By the end of our first match, the count was a good 50,000. Fifty thousand cheers for RCB! Thanks all for showing your support for the team! Let's keep that count rising - we want to touch every RCB fan no matter where they are! Stay tuned - we'll be rolling out a Community Leader program to tell you what YOU can do to help us reach every RCB fanatic!

I SUPPORT RCB ETIQUETTE
You may have noticed you can show your support as often as you want. Every time RCB hits a 4, every time we're victorious, every time a player inspires you throughout the many IPL matches.
We're counting the amount of genuine heart felt support for the team. As such, we are employing a NO SPAM POLICY. We faced an incident yesterday where a bot spammed the count and artificially bumped it up to a huge number. While we appreciate the hacker's passion for RCB and the cause, such activity is NOT encouraged - and we will be publishing strict Terms and Conditions that deal with such situations. In the meanwhile, the IP through which the site was being spammed has been blocked.
