Why I love being community manager
amidst all the emails in my inbox ... bug reports... requests for help ... suggestions ... marketing brochures... i occasionally come across some gems that don't require me to get up and run to the tech team in SOS-mode...

COMMUNITY MANAGERS
Tania@RCB and Shruti@RCB are the community managers of the Fan Club. They cover site updates, upcoming contests and what's going on in the Fan Club in the Blog. They are also available to answer queries and help out the fans with the site.
Together with the Fan Advisory Board - They run all the activities, meetups and contests on RCB - on and off the Site.
