I CAN BE RC'S CHIEF BlOGGER BECAUSE..

I started watching cricket from the age of 5. Since then cricket has been a inseparable part of my life. That is why i can say "I eat, drink, sleep, think, dream, talk, play, watch and write CRICKET". Because i truly believe in Sir Sachin Tendulkar's words " LIFE IS LIKE CRICKET ". I have written a few articles about cricket since my childhood days, but never published them. This is an opportunity for me to bring out my views and analysis about cricket, which for years i have kept it to myself.

MY STRATEGY FOR ROYAL CHALLENGERS IN IPL 2010
Last year we (ROYAL CHALLENGERS BANGALORE) reached the finals of IPL 2 in South Africa, but couldn't win the final. A possible reason for this was the change in captaincy. But later we found a great match winning captain in Anil kumble (Former Indian Test captain). Anil bhai can recreate the same magic in the team that he had in IPL2. As far as a strategy is concerned i think we (RCB) were outstanding in the league and semifinal games, but in the final we saw a sudden collapse in the batting order. This time we should focus on 2 or 3 batsmen who can stay on the wicket and score runs quickly and Let the Legendary batsmen like Rahul Dravid and Jack Kallis play the mentoring role. Also i would insist the inclusion of Abhimanyu Mithun for every match. In the last Ranji trophy season he has picked wickets on any given track. This will also lower the burden on Anil bhai in the bowling department. Youngsters like Ganesh Satish, K.B. Pawan, Manish pandey and R Vinay kumar should be given a fair chance.
