I love writing on cricket, I love this Bangalore team which epitomises the character of the captain an intense player, most disciplined, the most fierce of fighters and above all a champion ! Also apart from cricket being an on field sport is mostly played in the mind... the right thing said at the right time can make all the difference... an inspiring piece read can spur the players on... and I would love to be the one writing to inspire my team ahead for the battles and wars !

The strategy should be big runs... above anything at all... now that the tournament will be longer than champions trophy the real quality will shine through, the spin in our team is our strength with Anil leading them, the batting has only got better in the last 6 months with Kallis in the form of his life, Manish Pandey realising his true potential, Virat Kohli showing maturity and Robin getting runs... add to that the spark of Ross Taylor and the consistency of Rahul... thing you have a batting line up to match this ???? With Steyn, P.K, Kallis, Kumble, Vinay Kumar the bowling looks as formidable as it can be.. I still havent even spoken of the most exciting Mithun who has wowed the domestic circuit on the basis of his performance and I hope no one will write off Mark Boucher... we have a winning team... and just need to play to potential... !
