Cricket & your City, Cricket in your City
Tell us about cricket and what it means to your city, how it is followed, any RCB fans there?
We want to know about it all
Cricket is by large means is a religion in our city,it unifies us.I have three fond memories of India's most finest victories, which was was hugely celebrated in our city. The First one in Kolkatta versus the Australians,Second The World Cup match in Centurion vs pakistan and the third vs Australia in Adelaide. The Victory in these games where hugely celebrated by sharing sweets, lighting crackers celebrating in streets and so on. RCB fans in my city: I am from Tirunelveli in 'Tamilnadu'but i am a fan of RCB due to 'The Wall' Rahul Dravid. There are a lot of friends in our gang who support RCB.We follow each matches very closely and discuss that while returning from college, while playing cricket and also during lunch.

How the game was played, controversies on the ground, injuries and who bags the gold at the end
of the match. Build the excitement with your words.
A test match between std 6 vs std 10 students still clings in my memory.I was a part of std 6 team.Batting first ,std 10 posted 148 allout. We lost a wicket early, and i was sent to bat at no.3.I and my partner batted well and i scored 121 to get our team a crucial 26 runs lead. Our bowler's bowled superbly in the second inning's,bowling the opposition out for 55 runs.We got the required runs without much of a fuss. After the match my teammates called me 'Dravid' which for me is a huge compliment.
I have a deep knowledge about cricket and can help the RCB fan's,by posting some interesting blogs about the team preparation,it's approach and analysis after each match to keep the fans glued to RCB.
