Cover a local cricket match. The players, the controversies on the ground, the injuries and the team that wins. Build the excitement with your voice and get listeners hooked on till the end.

This audio is recorded imagining a one day match as part of the Subbiah Pillai trophy between Chennai and Bengaluru. The other teams in the competition are Goa and Kochi. It shows how Bangalore manages to win this game despite Chennai coming back in the game.

This audio features me giving reasons on why I feel I am a perfect fit for the Chief Podcaster Role. When it comes to Cricket, Kartik Kannan has psychic abilities! I have seen him displaying a rare combination of emotional and intellectual involvement in Cricket. Sitting in front of the TV he would give suggestions to the bowler or captian or batsman as a sort of loud thinking. By chance if his suggestion would be implemented, the predicted result would definitely happen. For example, he would say, "Now Shewag should be asked to bowl an over. Only he could break this partnership," It has happened, next over would be given to Shewag and well-entrenched batsman would be walking towards pavilion! He has great knowledge and beyond that a super understanding of the game and also of the players. He would do an excellent job as RCB 's Chief Podcaster.

I have known Kartik for 10 years now and have n't seen anyone better than him so far on cricket stats. A die hard cricket fan who eats, sleeps, breaths cricket. I still remember the day when India played South Africa on the ICC world Twenty20 super 8s match in September 2007 when I got to hear his live commentary over the phone. Guess what, the phone was in loud speaker and there were bunch of cricket fans in my office gathered to listen in live than deferred stats on cricinfo. It was a pretty impressive one

I know karthik right from my college days..We call Karthik as stats guru!!!Whenever got any doubts in game we always verified with him.He is a living encyclopedia i would say..He will leave a monstrous impact on you if you listen to his stats along with witty comments.I think he will be a sensational podcaster.I wonder Over the years what made the difference.. even i am a big follower of the game ..the little diff i could see is we all see the game a source of sheer entertainment and he karthik also sees it as a business and career oppurtunity..Break a leg karthik!!!!!!
