 One of our Fanatic Fans, Christopher Poshin, is participating int he Interblogatic IPL Battle and is representing (drumroll) the Royal Challengers!

So does the IPL of course, but that is for another post. We had conducted a poll here at Paddle Sweep to determine the pre-tournament favorites, and the result is out. Congratulations to everyone who made it! Please check your mails for an email from us with details on next step. It carries instruction on where and when to report on Sunday and what are the objectives to achieve. As you know their basic job would be is to make sure that they cheer as loudly and as wildly as possible - this will not be possible without a well planned strategy. So I would like to welcome all fans to help them with ideas that would make RC Mighty 14 Kolkata grab everyone’s attention ! Face paints? Songs/chants/slogans? Flags? Banners? Human banners? More ideas….? Hey Fans, as you already know that we are Going Green… we need to start acting on our decision.
To reduce Carbon footprints, we need to encourage our friends, relatives, neighbors etc to reduce the usage of cars and bikes and to start using public transport instead. So to encourage the same, we are planning to start with few RCB charted buses in Bangalore. All you need to do is check the timing and hop onto the bus. Thus you do your bit to help preserve the environment by reducing the amount of carbon released in the atmosphere in Bangalore. Royal Challengers is about cricket but we are definitely game to contributing in every little way we can to be green and make this world a greener, cleaner place to live in for ourselves and the future. We can be green even during the IPL in little ways like not litter, carry a plastic bag dump everything leftover of what we've eaten at the match into it, carry it out later and dump it in the garbage cans. That's just one green tip. On our Go Green Page, we'll share a tip for the day everyday, teach you how to be Green in your attitude and still bleed Red & Gold
