@Allen: If all the fans attending are above 21, Having it in a private pub is the best way to do it. If it is sponsored tell them, if not tell them clearly.. What I also suggest is that you book a private area in a pub with a seperate screen, and limit the crowd to the capacity.. I know it’s fun to watch it with so many 100 fans, but when they know there is a limited seating capacity, confirmations will happen faster.. I’d love to be a part of one of these gatherings.. Again if the crowd is also below 21, I strongly suggest you book a cafe for 3 hours, order a limited number of items on the menu to assure them of the purchase.. Again limited crowd.
