Haddin seems to be the better of the two.

Absolutely ...Haddin wud have been the better option than Boucher… even now if morgn can keep the wickets than he shud be preferred over Boucher…boucher is wasting one one foregn players slot in the team….

i think i would prefer Boucher any day over Haddin mainly because of his experience and RCB needs a good finisher and i don think Haddin is better finisher than boucher.
Rcb is loaded with good top order batsmen we needed a good finisher which we found in Boucher.

Yes I dont watch most of the matches. That’s why I was asking how many matches has he played as a wicketkeeper.
Morgan might hv won matched for Eng or Irelans, but Boucher too has done it for SA. and even for RCB.
We need his keeping skills along with his experience.
In IPL2 as well, we started winning as soon as Boucher was in the team and his experience started counting.
Anyways, we are discussing Boucher vs Haddin here and not Boucher vs Morgan. So lets keep it to that only and not bring Morgan in it.

Boucher’s value extends beyond his batting and keeping. He had a huge contribution during IPL2, just by being on the field and helping the captain and bowlers with strategies and game plans. We could clearly see the difference on the field when Boucher was around and the coach gave him a lot of credit for that….

you ppl are talking about their experience in one day ot test cricket….but its hard hitting that matters and skills….experiences like Kp,dravid, kumble, kallis is enough for us to guide us..also its not worth to talk about haddin…..he s no more now..and if its boucher or morgan…...surely the latter only win the race…

Harish..r u forgetting tht Boucher is a good batsmen as well as a good keeper?
Morgan is in the team coz he can bat. He has kept wickets for jst 2 matches.
In IPL2 Utthappa was keeper for first few matches and tht didnt help much.
So I dnt think the Team wud like to risk any chances this time hving a part-time keeper.

havin part time wicket keeper s not harm mahesh…..uthappa didnt use his oppurtunity given to him…1st we dropped boucher and played uthappa only for his heeping and battin….but he didnt do justice to that so came boucher to rescue us but eoin s thousand times better than uthappa…he ll use his oppurtunity…just think in this way…by using his battin and keeping skills we can brin one extra fast bowler ...also remember we hav worlds no 1 fast bowler in our side…..so our team composition ll be morgan, steyn, kallis, ross,Kp…remem white also in our side he s doing wonders now…he also can serve us till Kp and ross arrives…morgan s a key her…how we are going to use him is the key…he also bowl medium pace so who knows anything can happen..he s the man to hav in the team…

The team will use Eoin Morgan as keeper bat this time. He is known for his finishing skills. His presence vl give great depth in batting line up. and there is a better A.Mithun too. If he plays team can consider White or Merve in the playing XI. Not only Mithun, Kohli, Pandey, Vinay also looks much precious than earlier seasons. Team got a good domestic strength now. Forget about foreigners, there is Dravid, Kumble, Pravin, Kohli, Robin, Pandey, Vinay, Mithun to challenge. Looks pretty good and solid. RCB got better domestic talent than any other IPL team.
We can chose from Kallis, Taylor, Morgan, White, Kp, Steyn, Boucher, Merve .....
Look ds… Kaliis, Pandey, Kohli, Dravid, Ross, Uthappa, Morgan, Vinay, Pravin, Kumble, Steyn/Merve.

I think it wud be better to stick to Mark Boucher, since he has proved his worth in the previous IPL’s…. Let him play a few matches. If he doesn’t perform, he can be replaced….
