We remember great players, players who have been team players, new era players who can belt the bowling with a method, who can perform varied roles with ease, who can be good leader. Add all these to a person with charm, grace and lots of female fans, you get ABD. We at Royal Challengers Bangalore are lucky to have such a energetic but yet very down to earth and sensible cricketer.

Modern day cricketer is amused and fascinated by T20. Now a days we have some amazing T20 players, who have less to moderate chances of excelling at Test/ODI Arena. Speciality about ABD is he adapts to different formats easily, as he has excellent batting skills which enables him to play spin well, play moving ball and yet innovate in the shorter version of the game to score runs by the blink of an eye.

A young energetic leader who after taking captaincy on 6th June 2011 said “I'm very excited but I'm also inexperienced. But I've learnt a lot the last seven years from an unbelievable captain”. In his first match as captain, SA Team defeated the Lankans by a staggering margin of 258 runs, he was name the man of the series and SA won the series 3-2.
Bate te RCB (Asset to Royal Challengers Bangalore)
A great thinker of the game, one who is maintained a pretty cool and clean image in International cricket. Unphased by situations and a true team man, RCB couldn’t have got the services of one of the true leaders in today’s cricketing era. He is indeed a great asset and I am sure he will be retained in the upcoming IPL Seasons by RCB.
Spesialeoomblik met AB (Special Moment with AB)
Well Records and Stats are one thing, being close to the fans and getting applause from them is the big thing. RCBians are always passionate about their players. After some great knocks in recent IPL 5 few of us got to meet the players. Fate or not I got a chance to take pic with all players and I stood very close to where AB was present. I whispered in his ears “Do Well AB”, he responded with a smile and said Sure.
