Can India make it 2-NIL against the West-Indies ? ? ?
West Indies are 81 runs ahead and the last day of the India-West Indies Test match is set up for an exciting finish.
The 3rd Test match is going to end in yet another exciting finish after we saw the Indian captain M.S.Dhoni declared in the 2nd Test match giving the hosts to chase 283 runs which unfortunately ended in a draw due to rains & bad light else India would have surely achieved the victory. The Test Series is nearing to an end and we have reached the last day of the last Test match of the series where West Indies are ahead by 81 runs.
The 3rd Test match has seen some of very good performances starting with Ishant Sharma getting yet another 5 wicket haul and is bowling better and better every day. F.Edwards followed him with his 5 wicket haul. A.Mukund made his debut ODI 50 scoring 62 runs giving him confidence to which will help him to carry it for the future. Not to forget most important of them all, Harbhajan Singh getting his 400th test wickets after bowling off Baugh. After rains interrupting the game, West-Indies went on to make 204 runs in their 1st Innings. India took advantage of it and batted with brilliantly as we saw half-centuries from Mukund,laxman,Raina & Dhoni. Virat Kohli was looking good but he fell for 30. India managed to make 347 runs taking a healthy lead of 103 runs.
In the 2nd Innings for West Indies, Kirk Edwards made a century in the company of Chanderpaul who is batting on 73 runs after both the openers fell cheaply. Towards the end of the day India grabbed the wickets of Samules and Baugh leaving the West Indies at 224/6.
