Common Robbie don't send your career in the "REVERSE"!!!!

The Match: Royal Challengers vs Delhi Daredevils.

Result : Delhi won

Culprit: ROBIN UTHAPPA .

They say cricket is a funny game & quite rightly so!! Just the other night with his lusty hitting RObin Uthappa became the favourite son of Bengaluru.

And what he did yesterday was a sure disaster that any good player would want to do away with.

Taking chances is one thing but what Mr. Uthappa did was nothing far from shooting his own foot.

Well!! he literally shot his own wicket. Having hit a boundary of a reverse sweep his confidence was sky-high which is understandable. But even after seeing Amit Mishra almost getting him plumb in front (the inside edge turned out to be the saviour) Uthappa didn't seem to take any caution. Rather he threw it out of the wind literally. And it was only time before he wud have brought his own downfall.

And if RCB are to make further progress in the tournament & if Uthappa has to make further progress in his career I hope he better learn a few lessons from yesterday's performance of his.

Robin is a talented cricketer & there are no two ways about it but no matter how talented a cricketer  anyone is that fellow can't reach the top if the brain is not applied.

CHEERS FOLKS!!! :-) :-) :-)

I agree to you Satwik that Robin should be more careful. He is a wonderful striker/timer of the ball and has been in amazing form, clearing the boundary as and when needed. It was disappointing to see him taking so much unwanted risk and losing his wicket.

He should focus on his strengths and when he is getting so much of success, he shouldn't even think of silly innovations..

Smack them down the ground Robin!

Yeah! Robbie should have played a little sensibly yesterday..no one would have mind if he is been caught at Boundry at Long on or Long off.. Hitting the Ball.. hard as that is his Strength.. but getting out playing a reverse sweep.. is very unlikely a way to get out... I hope he will not repeat the mistake again..
