Couldn’t have asked for more..!
My affinity towards the game of cricket didn't exist prior to this lanky Indian batsman's debut in 1996. And after that there was no looking back..
My
association with the gentleman's game dates back to April'96, when Rahul Dravid
made his debut. A cricket hater like me..got drawn to the game and now after 14
years of following the game so ardently, being chosen by my idol as the chief
Blogger and getting to see him play, practice..I just couldn't have asked for
anything more.And to top it all, his parting shot, the jersey he wore for the
CLT20 semis this year, that he gave me..my cricketing journey has come a full circle. :)
This day
being dedicated to Dravid, I felt is was very apt to share my journey with the
game and my idol.
P.S. : I've sent Dravid an e mail asking him to check the website today. Hope he does that after a tiring day of play.
