Faliure is the Stepping Stone to Success, My Dear Friends…
...
The Match:
Zaheer Khan continued to flirt around with the left handers. His swinging ball got Dhawan out
in the very 3rd over as the Deccan's score was then 20/1 in 2.5 overs.
In came Captain Sangakkara along with Sohal who replaced Jaggi and together they played very good cricket. Nannes absence was clearly felt but then we had back up who could fill up the gap of Nannes. Van Der Wath replaced Nannes in the playing 11 and he bowled very well in his 1st 3 overs giving away just 19 runs and taking a crucial wicket of the Deccan Captain. Chipli was the man in form for Deccan and he was the one responsible for RCB's loss. He exploded throughout the innings and scored breezy 61 runs in just 35 balls with 5 fours and 3 sixes. Vettori was economical as usual giving away 29 runs in 4 overs. Van Der Wath went expensive in his last over giving away 30 runs in his 4 overs. Zaheer was the pick of the bowlers though expesnsive he got big breaks and took 3 wickets. Deccan ended up with 175 runs.

RCB were up on a huge task but unfortunately we got off to a poor start. Dilshan did score a boundary and was looking good but Sharma's pace did no good. Mayank switched over to his attacking mode trying to fizzle out Steyn and was even successful in doing so on few occasions and just when he was beginning to open up, Gony had him and got him out. A major suprise came when Zaheer was sent in at no.3, which was questioned by many,it was not a bad move as Zaheer was very much capable of changing the game to score at quick rate but sadly it was not his day with the bat and was bowled out bu Dale Steyn. Virat Kohli was looking rock solid and wanted to play big but he lost his partner AB De Villers at nought as Challengers were struggling at 56-5 in 11.5 overs as Tiwary too fell after few explosive shots.

In Came Pujara and along with kohli was looking to make amends and were een successful in doign so to some extent. Virat Kohli played a cameo as he was in full mood of punishing the Deccan bowlers. Virat's fiery knock of 71 runs of just 51 ended just after when Pujara was looking good for more he to got out at 25 from 15 balls. The task was too much to ask for as the top order faliure under the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Virat's knock went in vain as we lost to Deccan Chargers.

Faliure is the stepping stone to success:
We should not come to conclusion on the basis of just 3 matches. We one the first one very well and we have had just 2 losses after all. Look at the positive sides of it. Pujara who never got a chance to bat played very well scoring at fast rate, Kohli got his blazing touch and Zaheer was among wickets yet again.
So as the saying goes, "Faliure is the stepping stone for success", we are surely going to only learn from the 2 matches faliure and I am sure we will come back hard with rest of the matches to come. Watch out for the Challengers my dear friends, we are going to be The Champions in the end.
