This is a common dialouge by Ravi Shastri,Sunil Gavaskar ,Siva and of course all the other international commentators. But does it make sense to the recently concluded SA vs IND series.
Yes it does!!!!
Well these instances did occur many times, but my favorite ones are.
1)How could a ball going at 138km/hr hitting the leg stump and then all the stumps moving with a jerk ,yet the bails do not get dropped, and the ball went to boundary and the 4 crucial runs helped India win the match .What can this be called?
Ashish Nehra you are so lucky!!

2)Well SA could have drawn 1-1 in the ODI's,had we got another camera placed near the boundary ropes where Sachin fielded brilliantly and tried to stop a four.
Did you know that day when i was browsing through FB,all of the RC fans were speaking that it was bad umpiring and that was a four, including me too. Most of us were confirmed that it was a four. Why not the third umpire? What should we call this?
India you are so lucky for Sachin diving in an angle that's not visible to 3rd umpire!!!

Well I always divide cricket into 60:40 ratio, 60% is the efforts of players that wins a match and 40% is driven by luck, think of a cricket match that was not involved with luck, that will occur only under ideal conditions!!!
There are many other instances during this series that decided the fate of IND and SA in a different way ,but it will make my 3rd blog as huge as the 1st and 2nd,I would like to cut it short and here by conclude "In Cricket ,no matter whoever the player you are and however you perform, you might need luck to survive here".
Hope you liked my short 3rd blog.
