First of all before I start off my coaching ,I should say that I am an Electronics and Communication engineer and not a Visual effects engineer.Don't be shocked as to what I can teach you!! I do have my own methods and skills in film making and here it goes.
I am 21 years old now and I might me the youngest among the chief videographer applicants (I think so).Well my guru is Mr.Andrew Krammer of videocopilot.net
Speaking frankly I just have gone through online courses and some books and the rest of my film making is of my own style (my own style has given me lots of success)
I am into video making right from my 8th standard,So,i have got an experience of 6 years ,I made numerous videos during this period. All of them quite entertaining and getting me awards at various colleges. Here is a screen shot of my recent short movie.
I won 12 short movie making awards and also had got one of my videos for HP shortlisted among top 20 worldwide. Here it is

Are you good at editing? Then ,that's it you are good at film making!! Yes,editing is the one which definitely counts and changes the way your rendered video looks, that's what I feel.
Do you know ,that getting your clips as you expected would be very hard for film makers like us ,because production value drastically increases as you try to get the scene exactly that you wanted. All the adjustments can be made in Adobe after Effects, which is a brilliant software and would take you years to master it.I am still learning the advanced features in it,but I say that's the best, you can virtually do almost whatever you are imagining.

This one is my most recent videos ,I shot this completely in and around Bangalore (in January)and edited for a whole month of February, I play almost 400 clips in this video of 1 min,you really cannot observe them,it's like picture in picture,we call them as overlays.Take a look.

Mind you, editing is the most boring thing some say,it really consumes a lot of time, but if you are passionate about your video then you won't feel about it at all.I took almost 90hrs of editing for the above clip, just to see that I can impress people like you,I could do this in half an hour, but it would not be inspiring to watch it as of now.

Also when you are capturing a footage please see that you do not shake your camera much, this can be corrected using anti shake options ,but it will destroy your footage completely. If you do not have a tripod ,then the best trick is take your camera ,press the eye piece to your eyes, then give a firm support to your elbows by bringing then on your chest. That's the best way to do,if the situation demands no tripod. The link below is one of my videos ,where I used this trick.

People say I have got lots of patience, its indeed the key thing, sometimes I shoot the same shots ,just to be on the safer side while it is on post production,my friends who would act will keep starring at me and thinking "Oh,this guy is so irritating", it always happens ,and once again this happened while shooting a video song for one of my videos.Watch the below link.

I have got plenty of links to show you,but right now I will stick to a few more and see that I do not consume much of your time.
I have practiced on visual effects using video tutors and the editing software I use is Corel Pro X3 ,original edition.I am confident that I know every corner of this software ,also 90% of after effects.Am good at audio editing.Remember all editing software's do the same job,its just the extra plugins they give which is dividing the market of editing softwares, there are Final cut Pro,Adobe premier CS4 and also Avid express Pro which they say are leading the market.

This is COREL
This is AVID.
But ultimately let me tell you a thing and conclude ,its not the software I use that decides me as an RCB fanatic fan right, its am I passionate about video making and equally passionate in supporting RCB right.I feel I am good at the above 2 aspects that RCB expects from me and thats why I am here.
Also one important thing, always see that you show your culture in your videos,if we would try and copy western style then well it really does not suit us,its looks completely artificial ,as for me.
I have got 3 more short clips ,to show you my skills and try and impress you all (hoping you do get impressed)

I do have lots to say about my experience and skills and will completely disclose them once I get into RCB, because I do not want to lose out right now ,by giving away all my ideas (he ..he..)
This was a comment posted by my friend on facebook after knowing I am in the top 35.
