Gayle strikes Thunders and Lightening on the Kings Punjab 11.
Gayle played a gem of innings scoring a superb Century taking RCB to yet another victory against the Kings Punjab 11.
Gayle leads the pack:
When Chris Gayle walked into bat, the fans knew what was in
store for them, and it did come true, The Gayle storm thundered again. It was
Gayle all the way for the Royal Challengers Bangalore, who continued haunting
the oppositions off. This time around he was in no mood to stay quite, he just
went bang-bang and sent the ball out of the ground everytime. His big hitting
shots stunned the oppositions off and he went on to make a devastating hundred
scoring 107 runs in just 49 balls with 10 fours and 9 magical Sixes. Virat
Kohli and De Villers too played well as they striked hard and rotated the
strike with Gayle making 27 each. Tiwary as usual played a role of hard hitting
finisher scoring 13 runs in just 9 balls as RCB made a mammoth 205 in all.

Punjab 11 collapse:
The Punjab 11 players were batting worse than anyone could
ever bat. The Captain Gilchrist departed for duck as Nayar’s promotion on top
failed big time. Marsh too flopped as Valathy scored only 21 in 16 balls.
Dinesh Karthik and Mclaren played little knock of 20 and 28 taking the total to
slightly a decent one instead of a very low one.

RCB Bowlers bowl off Punjab batsmen:
S.Arvind bowled
bowling of his lifetime giving away just 14 runs and picking up 4 wickets due
to his brilliant bowling in 4 overs. Captain Vettori was at his best giving away just 14 in his 4
overs and picking up a wicket. Chris Gayle spun the web around the opposition with
the bowl too taking 3 crucial wickets with his clever spin bowling and giving
away just 21 in his 4 overs as RCB won by 85 runs in the end.
