My assignment during the interview

60 mins was heardly anytime. I used sony SR10e which has some funny HD format of its own. the sony's ".m2ts" format is not supported by any of the apple or adobe application. So i dint have a choice than to work with vegas pro.
Importing & exporting of this format is a big headach and i donno how i will be able to manage with this for next 6 weeks. Since i knew that i would always fall short of time, i did the following homework.
1. Did couple fo test shoots on the previous day( around 12 noon) and prepared all the presets for the color correction.
2. Had a specific theme in my mind & wrote down the story board for what to be shot. But that dint work as we were asked to shoot when there was heardly any cricketing action.
3. calculated the time to import & export. was prepared for 4 hrs of time, with 2 hrs to shoot & 2 hrs to edit. but when we were told that we just have 1hr, i changed it to - 10 mins of shooting, 30 mins of editing, & 30 mins to export.
Iam still not happy with whatever i did. But this is the best i could do with the technical limitations i had.
Would like to thank all the participents & organizers for this wonderful experience. Will cherish this for long.
