PLAYING THE SHORT BALL
Indians are criticised for not being able to control the SHORT BALL.....
Having Excellent batsman in the line up.... Young Indian players even the giants cdnt find a way to tackle the SHORT BALL..... As u know it has been a Major Weakness which had been identified the Rest to make batsman Fumble.....
Lack of practice in the nets ..... Is a major fall behind this.. the batsmen are surprised by a short delivery which forces a batsman to flick the bats edge ....
The only and Most effective Way to avoid the Short Ball is to DUCK .....
Playing the Short ball becomes too easy in practice....
Saurav Ganguly plays the Short ball very well...... Rahul Dravid , Sachin is a best example to leave the ball simply just duck when it comes....
1.Pull shot - Jacques Kallis
2. Hook shot - Virender Shewag
3. Upper cut - Sachin Tendulkar
4.Duck - VVS laxman
Are the best shots that can be dreadful to play to make the bowler in tears.....
