Positives behind the loss, We will come back strong…
Even though RCB lost the match we did gain take many positive thing behind it from the match.
It was an electrifying atmosphere at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore,
where the Royal Challengers Bangalore were going to take on Mumbai
Indians. The Stadium was at its best and it was full house, with every
spectator cheering and calling out loudly RCB, RCB overpowering the Mumbai
supporters everytime.
Dilshan and Mayank Agarwal took guard but just as Malinga came into bowl he once again uprooted the stumps of Mayank and there was a sudden silence. Just then Kohli came in and supported Dilshan very well from the other end. Dilshan was in full form and was looking in good touch. Kohli kept the ball grounded just as he was looking good but he got out by Pollard and RCB were reduced to 19-2.
AB the hero of the 1st match came in and together with Dilshan started building up a solid partnership. Both of them looked in very good nick and went after the Mumbai Indian bowlers all way long. Dilshan was in prime touch as he was carting the ball all around the stadium and AB was aggressive when needed and rotated the strikes beautifully. Dilshan and AB together batted brilliantly and complimented each other well as they took the score to 110 in 17th over just then AB fell at 38. Dilshan was still going strong and he even went for a powerful hit against Malinga as the ball went in the stand for Six. Tiwary gave finishing touch and scored 16 from just 10balls. Dilshan lasted for 20 overs full scoring 59(52) with 4 fours and 2 big six, as the RCB put up 140 runs from 20 overs.
Mumbai Indians began their chase as Sachin and Jacobs came into bat. Jacobs was looking to play aggressive cricket and he wa successful in doing so, but just then in came Nannes and got him completely bowled. Just then Nannes got injured and Mumbai Indians moved from thereon. Both Sachin and Rayudu played brilliant knocks as without losing further wickets they took Mumbai Indians to 9 wicket victory.
Positives from the loss:
Even though we lost the match it was just a bad day. We played well as we could have played better. A lot of positives can be taken from this loss. Nannes return to form though he got injured he will surely come back fit again. Dilshan looking good for big in the coming ones. AB's consistency and Tiwary who played yet again role of an excellent finisher. Fielding was good though it could have been better. We have got lot of talents in our team and we are going to bounce back strongly to beat the others in the matches to come.
So lets roar and say aloud "AAARRRCCCBBBBB - AAARRRCCCBBBBB - AAARRRCCCBBBBB"
