RCB vs Kingls X1 Punjab:- Victory is ours,Hail to the Royal Challengers Bangalore
Gayle Storm and AB de Villiers Thunders kept the game going as the Kings 11 Punjab bowlers were left clueless and RCB won the match.
How Kings 11 Punjab were troubled by RCB bowlers:-
The team was without their captain Adam Gilchrist and as Azhar Mahmood was available to play he came in to make the balance good for the team. Valthaty, who was the dangerous man in last IPL season fell on cheaply to Zaheer Khan as Zaheer Khan got both the openers out inside 2.4 overs. David Hussey and Shaun Marsh played sensible cricket and the scorecard read as 94-4 after sometime as McDonald who came in place of Tillakaratne Dilshan, bowled 4 wonderful overs picking up 2 and giving away just 25 runs.
All the RCB bowlers troubled the batsmen except Vinay Kumar who went expensive in his last over after Mahmood went after him and H.Patel was expensive too. Captain Daniel Vettori was economical yet again and Punjab could not do much except for the last over which helped them to a total of 163 for 6 in their 20 overs as David Hussey top scored for them with 41 runs and Mahmood made 33 in just 14 balls.

Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers took the game away:-
It was a different start for RCB as 3 wickets fell off quickly as Mayank Agarwal, S.Tiwary and Virat Kohli fell one after the other as RCB was 25 for 3. In came AB de Villiers to join Chris Gayle and from thereon it was only fireworks at the stadium with Gayle Storm and AB thunders did the work for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
AB took just a few balls to settle down and Gayle even lesser no of balls then they switched to top gear and went blindly after the bowlers hitting sixers and fours and taking singles and doubles. The SR of both the batsmen was superb which helped the Run rate in check and as Chris Gayle hit another score in 80’s making 87 in just 56 balls with 8 fours and 4 Sixers and AB De Villers moved on with 52 of 39 balls with 6 fours.

RCB won it. The Oppositions were well defeated :-
Even though both Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers fell it was a job well done as only 10 runs was needed and McDonald and Daniel Vettori gave the finishing touches and RCB won by 5 wickets with 3 balls to spare.
