India is Virtually out of the World Cup!
A spineless performance by Team India ensured that they book their tickets back to India as soon as possible.
A below par bowling performance and dismal batting performance saw West Indies beat India comfortably, even though the margin may suggest anything else. Here, a special thanks to Team Afghanistan, for without them, India would havr found their road to Super 8 even more tougher!
Murali Vijay looked out of sorts in West Indies. I remember Vijay as a test player. But in IPL he shocked me, and in the World Cup, he shocked me again. I am now certainly sure that selectors missed a trick or two by not selecting Robin Uthappa. His experience and innovation was sorely missed.
Ravindra Jadeja was himself confused whether he was playing as batsman, as a bowler or as a all-rounder. Whatever his role was, he certainly made a mess out of it. He got only two overs when bowling and while batting ,Dhoni had more confidence in Harbhajan Singh.
India's nightmare of Short delivery continues even now, as it did in previous edition. Now this is the most suprising thing for me. These players had two years to work upon it, and this year's squad was almost as same as the previous edition, but these players probably didn't get time out of their busy schedule of IPL.
You have got the most prestigious T-20 domestic tournament and still your team cannot beat a team like West Indies in two consecutive editions.
I saw a poster in the crowd which read " Windies, send back India in their Undies", and surely the West Indies team duly obliged.

Runrate calculations are always tricky. I could be wrong. If someone can improve on this formula, will help everyone reading this post.
