A contest is always a contest and it is one of the best ways to reach out to millions of cricket fans and attractive gifts and rewards definitely adds flavor to the contest!
WELL THAT IS WHAT I CALL A MEET UP, it should be on the roads/prime locations etc.
THE RECENT MEET UP IN bANGLORE WAS A GREAT ONE!!
SPOT THE CRAZIEST AND MOST FANATIC FAN OF THE CITY!!
I think we need to be more aggressive in organising meet ups in every potential city that has most number of RCB fans. As we all know the motto of the meet ups is to prove a point that we are one of the best fan clubs and it is an ongoing process...
There is lot of positive talk in the cricketing arean about Club RCB and a powerful WOM(word of mouth) campaign helps us even better, CLUB MANAGEMENT/Community Managers should take an initiative of appointing a person to monitor the meet ups to identify them during the meet ups. He could be a fan or anyone who can do the job of identifying the most fanatic/craziest of the RCB in every meet up.
To the best of my knowledge Bangalore/Mumbai are the two cities where we have huge fan following and upcoming cities are Delhi, maybe partially Hyderabad. I think a CONTEST LIKE SPOT A CRAZIEST FAN will definitely help to have more meet ups even in Tier II cities like Visakhapatnam etc. It can be a monthly or quarterly affair that depends on the club management's decision.
The REWARD TO CRAZIEST FAN should be something memorable and convincing one to create an impact in the minds of the fans across India. To be a CRAZIEST FAN HE SHOULD BE SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY OR EYE-CATCHY IN THE MEET UPS.
OUR FANS WORKING IN THE CORPORATES CAN IMPROVE THE FAN BASE EVEN BETTER BY WEARING THE TEAM JERSEY DURING THE WEEKENDS/FRIDAYS.
Let us make this happen and make Club RC more stronger!!.
CM/Fans your comments and suggestions are highly appreciated
