RCB is going to be like a stealth bomber. While the world focuses on Aussie sides, this Bangalore team will show how to play with flair and come up trumps.
Well, they can't stop talking about RCB's winning the Champions League 2010... everybody. Also, there's no real pressure on the side. Semis definitely on I'd say! Innocuous is the word I'd use to describe RCB right now. (Remember underdogs are also dangerous so play them cautiously and then play with balance when you take on the fancied sides).
Am tempted to say play with passion but really T20 is more about stability and tact; passion and runs flow automatically. You merely need to react to the situation. Do too much .. and tide turns against you.
Our depth is amazing. It seems almost unreal that we have it both in batting and bowling. Anil's moment will come. He's awoken the right chakras. The man won't be denied for long... so many close matches riddled with slightly bad luck. Not to mention IPL 2009 finals.. could have easily been ours but for some ungainly luck. Now, he knows he has God on his side. Who else said that? General McArthur?
I think we're gonna be off to a great start in the league with a few victories. Might suffer one or two reverses three quarters of the way but come back strongly.
Anybody following what's happening in the buchi babu tourney in Chennai with Karnataka who play Mumbai today?
Manish Pandey will also come back strong and this time he'll remind the Indian selectors of his mettle. Watch Mithun bring in his international experience.. he's be a different guy. RCB you're poised for the perfect finish! As long as you play like tigers, the result doesn't matter. And this time, it's gonna be in our favour.
C'mon men, the Dasara festival's around the corner. What better sporting glory than to add the Champions League crown during the Mysore festivities, a flagship of our culture.

Now,I would like to see Dravid making it clear to the team management that if he is to play, then he would bat in the top three. He simply is too great a player and too well established a campaigner to play at no.7.
2009 was ours but we easily gave up to DC.....
