Virat’s Positive knock, 27th is going to be our day after all..
Virat Kohli played a special knock of 70 runs but unfortunately we lost to CSK. We played very good cricket and everyone contributed as a team and we have a lot of positives behind us from this match.
Facing CSK in the 1st qualifying final, RCB batsmen took guard as Mayank came in to open with Gayle. Gayle's fireworks was expected but nevertheless he fell short and got out to a good ball by Ashwin. He tried his best to do it again but never mind it was just a bad luck for Gayle. Mayank on the other end was placing the ball sweetly to the boundaries and rotating the strikes when needed with Virat Kohli coming at the crease in the other end after Gayle's departure. Virat Kohli showed why he is a class act and he did just that. Powering the balls to the fence and Punching them out of the boundaries, Virat Kohli was at his best. He went all out after CSK bowlers after making a watchful start. His knock of 70 runs in just 44 balls showed a perfect example that Virat Kohli can keep the ball grounded when needed and he can even go after the bowling when required. His knock was the highlight for RCB with other batsmen complimenting him well. Mayank made a brisk 34 runs Pomerbasch gave stability to middle order along with Kohli scoring 29 runs in just 18 balls and giving glimpses of his hard hitting batting. RCB finished with 175 runs in their 20 overs.

RCB had match in their hands as Zaheer Khan and Aarvind showing once again what they had been doing in all matched for RCB. Zaheer was at his best and Aravind was releasing the ball well to the stumps. Both the opening bowlers got the CSK opening batsmen out for single digit as Zaheer finished his 1s spell having figures of 3-0-11-1 and Aravind too gave very little away. Badrinath and Raina started building up valuable partnership for CSK and this is where is was thye turning point for them, but RCB still tired their best to contain them. Chris Gayle bowled his best in this match giving away just 19 runs in his 4 overs. Unfortunately it was just a bad luck for RCB having played so well till now and dominating CSK, as Raina started opening up along with captain Dhoni the match started to slip away. Morkel joined in and helped CSK reached the target taking them to finals.

Royal Challengers Bangalore did everything they could to go all out and win but sometimes as we know things dont go out way however hard we try. RCB deserved another chance to go through finals and I am sure that RCB are going to go all out and attack Mumbai Indians on 27th to reach the finals of IPL Season 4.
