Vijay Zol a promising
youngster for team India and from team Royal Challengers Bangalore came out into bat at No.4 after the team was reduced to 37 for

runs in 78 balls which had 3 Sixes involved in it but Vijay Zol in the
company of Nath and Kalaria went all way long till the end to fight it
out hard for the team. During his stay at the crease, Zol was looking
comfortable while chasing the total of 287 runs set up after bowler
Kalaria picked up his 4 wicket haul.
Vijay Zol played various
shots all over the park and left the opposition bowlers thinking that
how to get the young lad out as Zol had almost got the game in his
pocket for his team India’s Under-19s. Vijay Zol made 109 not out of
just 119 balls which had 9 Four’s and a Six in it. He was calm and cool
and played very well.
India Under-19s needed 17 runs of last over
as Zol and Kalaria were at the crease. Nervous Kalaria hit a Six of the
1st ball but unfortunately got out in the next. Luckily Zol came on
strike as he had crossed the pitch while running to get out and Zol
whacked a four, stole a single and got off the strike which got in
Sayyed on to face the balance balls. Sayyed pulled off a Four but Vijay
Zol could not do anything but looked on at the other end as Sayyed
played a dot ball in the last ball and Zol’s Century went in vain as
