In test matches Rahul Dravid has completed 193 catches and in ODI’s 196 catches, well at the present series we will surely see him to complete 200 catches and i bet he will get one in the slip off Harbhajan Singh. This is an interesting one, Mithun scalping and helping Dravid to his 200th Catch…... infact the reality is other way round.

I don’t think Dravid will take 7 catches in the upcoming test. He is a good slip catcher, but, we need to have bowlers, who can get that many edges to a single slip fielder.

Hi Wizardprince, well partly what you have stated could be true. However we take into account for the next 4 innings in two test matches, it could be possible in this series. Ok with opinions apart, what would your prediction be for the 200th catch ?

Its not gonna be possible in this series,for sure.Reason being the Sri Lankan wickets,especially the ones in Colombo,SSC and P Sara where the next 2 tests will be played,offer no bounce enough to see the ball through to the slips.One or two,maybe acceptable,but also dravid should hold onto them.But not seven.We also dont have the bowlers with wicket taking nous,not even Mr.HS Plaha.We now realize the importance of Kumble and what a champion he was.

surely he is going to take it but when we start thinking about our bowlers then it is worrying and my prediction is
1.he is going to get in third test
2.well in his area only(slip)
3.srilankan batsmen:)lol

slips. of bhajji. batsman will be a right hander. bhajji’s arm ball will get him as he will play for the ball comming in but the ball goes straight thus taking the edge.

Since I’m a gambler, I’ll say Harbhajan will get Jayawardene which will lead to Dravid’s 200th catch.
