According to me, the line-up should be as follows:

8.Praveen Kumar
9. Vinay Kumar
10.Kumble
11. Nayan Doshi

The batting line-up can be varied according to the need of the hour. Uthappa can be sent one down if the team needs to accelerate. Doshi looked good in one-game he played against Deccan Chargers last season.
