This is just a message to the admin where me and maddy want to have some doubts cleared?..
1.First of all do we have any dress code or it’s our choice?
2.Do we allowed to bring some charts or banners specifically for some players?.
3.Can we bring our laptop to do some creative gift and then present it to the player?
4.We want a full clarification?

Guys: I am sure the emails that will be sent will contain all the details and the outstation invites like me would get phone calls to discuss all the details. Please don’t worry on this count. Regarding the material, Natasha would clarify, but, I wonder how would you spend time creating new gifts on your laptop and then show it to the players, right in a party location.

We can get a banner, a poster, a greeting card anything that will help our players motivated for the CLT20. I got a mail from natasha, i am expecting a call or more updates from the CM’s on the location but i am sure that will come today or tommorow.
