Reddy saab, may be not. As per the retainer rules, you can have 4 locals and one international. CSK smartly will opt to retain Dhoni, Vijay, Raina & Ashwin. RCB cannot eye on CSK’s talent rather should have more confidence in its own team. If RCB wants to buy someone in auction from CSK pool, they may have access to Badri, Jakati, Balaji, Joginder Sharma or Tyagi. Are RCB willing to let Kohli off ?

CSk would be retaining Dhoni, Raina,Ashwin among d locals..so Vijay would be up or auction.. It would be nice if RCB manage to buy him..but most probably CSk would buy him out..hes a great talent..
