Yes man i read this before,any batsman in this world would love to play like Sehwag.He is such an amazing cricketer.West Indian great Gordon Greenidge has accepted that he is the biggest fan of Sehwag.Anyways asusual i want your verdict on Dravid’s innings today?

i havnt watched any part of this test match live over these 3 days… so i have followed about it in news when i came home in evening n its looks a high quality knock! this just what he needed b4 the SA tour. but tell u what, its so likely he is going to be bogged down in SA. the condition n bowling is much easier now. even when so settled, y cudnt he accelerate on his will! if he has taken close to 600 balls for his near 200, i m certain even without watching live how he must have played. he waited n scores when bowler error n gives him opportunity. i m seeing on cricinfo that india lost 3 wickets in just between 296-328. so him being extra careful is understandable. n very appreciable that it came when team really needed it! thats the most important thing… perform when needed!

@tejas: dude he tuk around 300 balls to score 191…...at a healthy strike rate of 48 odd…......its even more quicker if u consider d fact dat he tuk aroun 250 balls to reach his century….....but once dhoni came in and was scoring freely dravid also started playin his shots coz India had consolidated der lead by den….....and dats wat i like d most about dravid,laxman & tendulkar….......d fact dat dey can defend wen d opposition bowlers r in full flow and once dey fizzle out d bit dey start attacking thereby ensuring dat der is a steady flow of runs w/o d loss of any wickets….....and dis is sumthin dat d younger generation who r gonna replace dem in d current lineup shld learn to do….......ofc u gotta make an exception in d case of veeru…......he tends to hammer d bowlers in watever d flow dey r….....an dat is wat makes him unique

@kd: i think he was concerned abt eating up d declaration tym…......coz d lead was huge and dey were w8ing 4 his double 2 declare d innings…...and d shot he was trying was actually a heave over extra cover…....but williamson smartly dropped d ball short and slow due to wich dravid ended up playin to long on…......atleast dats my judgement after seeing d replay…...

he has always said tht he would have loved to be an aggressive player etc even when ipl first came to india ....but yeah he’s happy for his own technique the classic test style and he played a gud innings along with dhoni…..glad to see dhoni too play well his aggression was seen ......gud point is tht other than raina all the batsmen r in pretty gud form before SA tour so hoping tht we’d keep the momentum goin.and produce some magic over there…...
and abt his wicket it was a rash shot but i felt he was thinking on accelerating the innings no idea
