Too early to say. He has the technique and the right approach. It’s just one series when he’s scored some good runs. Remember the first 100? he lost his wicket almost twice trying to hit the ball over the boundary, Thankfully he had a more experienced Gambhir at the other end who guided Virat to his maiden 100. I hope Virat learns it quickly and cements his place! Suresh raina is one other man who can take the No.3 spot. Rohit sharma is knocking the doors too..
Too early to call him the name that Rahul has been carrying so far!
it is actually too early to jump into any conclusion…he should play a few more matches and then we could probably say anything definitely…but personally…i feel that if he continues in this amazingly good form…then he will definitely make a permanent spot on the Indian squad…
he is also an amazing fielder…there’s nothing to say about his batting…no words to express it…after he plays a few more matches, we could say if he is the next mr. dependable or not..
there are other batsmen who haven’t yet got a proper break in their career…like rohit sharma…
C.Pujara scores a double century in Ranji… suddenly ppl start talking is he de next Dravid.. Gambir stands for a day.. He is de next wall….. Kohli scores 2 hundreds… now de question is he de new Mr Dependable…. Pandey scores 194.. is he de next wall…..... [:D] well.. No 1 can replace RD.. his style of batting.. his techniqal batting.. no1 has dat..
Kohli and all might rock in their own way….... But der is no replacement for THE WALL
The shot that he got out today in the finals shows his youthful immaturity. He still has a long long long long way to go…..but he sure is an interesting prospect…..
