1.ROSS TAYLOR(MUST, ultimate finisher).
2.Mark Boucher(Because no keeper other than the WALL)
3.Jesse Ryder(No perfect opening batsman other than KALLIS)

Q2.Indian Players:
1.Virat Kohli(Solid Form, young,and aggression)
2.Rahul Dravid(ofcourse,the ICON player)
3.Manish Pandey(Talented Player than that Robin Uthappa)

Q3.i think RCB has very weak bowling attack when compared to other teams…

So i’ll go for

Mitchell Johnson…(very good pacer,wicket picking Ability)
Sidhartha Kaul….(consistancy)
Shaun Tait(awesome pace bowler with good short pitch deliveries)
Abhimanyu Mithun(leading Wicket taker i n RANJI)

And for batting
Ashok Menaria(All Rounder)

overseas:
Ross Taylor             - he is an amazing finisher…and is a must when we are in pressure
Mark Boucher         - awsm wkt keeper and hard hittin batsman
Jacques Kallis           - amazing wid d bat and d ball

Indian players:
Manish Pandey         - extremely talented…will do wonders for RCB
Virat Kohli             - extremely good wid d bat and in times of problems wid d ball also
Anil Kumble             - OBVIOUSLY! he’s d captain…an amazing one…and a really REALLY good bowler
Vinay Kumar           -  2nd highest leading wkt taker in ranji trophy!!

we have to bid for:
Abhimanyu Mithun….coz he is the leading wkt taker in the Ranji trophy this season
rahul kl….coz he did wonders for the U19 world cup team for india
ajitesh argal….he was in the indian U19 team in 2008…his wkt taking ability is awsm!
shane bond….he’s an amazing bowler!

Merve- Utility player(bat a little, bowls well n good fielder)

should retain almost all the players for this squad with a few changes no mention of kumble on the list because i think i heard him say that ipl 3 will be his last season and dint want to renew his contract so we must look for a new captain.(but obviously want him to continue until he wins the ipl!)

Guys i think a fast bowler like BOND or Mills is to be bagged in the team since Dale Styne is a player who has been friendly with injuries and Praveen needs a supporting bowler like one of them and i would like to see A.Mithun in the our RCB 11

boucher is gone after this season .we have got morgan who can manage for 2 overs.I dont know if kumble wants to play after this season .i see a lot of changes after ipl 3 but we need to retain,ross the boss,morgan,kp,dravid.pandey,kohli,mithun.i don’t know about uthappa,cant really trust him in a big match.
