The Phenomenal Robin Uthappa or shall I call Sixappa. He is also named ‘The Walking Assassin’ for his tactic of charging the bowler. He played an important role in India’s win at the ICC World T20 World Cup 2007. Uthappa scored a crucial 50 against Pakistan in the 20-20 World Cup in South Africa, when India were tottering at 39/4. With this, he became the first Indian to score a 50 in a 20-20 International match.India subsequently won the match in bowl out 3-0, where he bowled one of the three deliveries that hit the stumps.

He played for Mumbai Indians in the 2008 Indian Premier League and had a fairly successful opening season. In January 2009 he swapped places with Zaheer Khan and moved to Royal Challengers Bangalore.In an match against Kings XI Punjab in 2010 Indian Premier League he smashed a 21 balls 51, the second fastest fifty in Indian Premier League and was the match winner for Royal Challengers Bangalore.

ROBIN UTHAPPA IS VERY IMPORTANT PLAYER FOR RCB, THEY SHOULD TRY TO GET HIM AT ANY COST, HE IS CLEAN HITTER OF CRICKET BALL EVEN BETTER THAN YOUSEF PATHAN.

its bcz of him we lost ipl2. and also he did`t play so well in ipl3(though ross taylor also didn`t play well in ipl 3) I feel its better to keep him away

Robin uttappa should be taken back by the challengers….....he is one of those who can change the course of the match in any situation.

it will be cool to have such a batsman like robbie in the line up…............guys imagine robbie and yusuf in our line up oened with chris gale…......

but sir, i feel uthappa has won quite a few games in the 3rd season, esp both matches against KXIP, one each against KKR and CSK. It was nt only because of him we lost IPL 2, even Kallis, Kohli, Dravid and Taylor hadnt played upto their class and reputation too…
He’s gonna be a key player for us in the next season, i feel
