After the first 2 days of the World Cup getting off to a flying start by the strong teams, the weaker teams just seem to be struggling to keep pace with the “best”... Instead of being motivated by playing in the Top Brass Tournament of Cricket, they seem to be demotivated by the bigger teams who just kept clobbering them all over the place be it at batting or bowling….. So isn’t it right to say that atleast the next World Cup should be played by the Top 10 Cricketing teams of the World…. The first round can be a Round Robin with each team playing the others once… After which based on their points , the quarter finals, semis & finals can be played…. This way the excitement of the World Cup will be there right from the start of the tournament with excellent cricket being played by all the sides…. What say people???
