The batting lineup looks settled. I would want to see some changes in the bowling line up though. Chalwa was played ahead of Ashwin because Harbhajan was already playing as a specialist offspinner. But I think it would make more sense to bring Ashwin in the playing XI today. The team winning this match would most likely play NZ in the quarters, so hope the Indian think tank has that in mind and plays the best available team even though India has qualified into the knockout phase.

Should be of 6 batsman n 5 bowlers instead of 7 batsman n 4 bowlers.

Yuvraj Singh, Virat Kohli, Zaheer Khan and Virender Shewag.

Team looks good in paper but how it performs can be said only after the match. Its because no guarantee of team India.

Okay, the update is that India has won the toss and decided to bat first. Only change in the team is Munaf is coming back for Chawla. That means we will be playing 3 seamers. VCA has always been good for chasing team and it will be a big challenge for the bowlers to defend the score. Batsmen will be under even more pressure knowing they have to get a good total for the bowlers to defend.

In World Cup 2011, Virinder Sehwag his hit boundary of the first ball of all the 5 matches…Interesting..

Sehwag is on fire and Sachin on song… today India looking good to score 300 plus.
