(1) West Indies defeat India by a convincible margin
(2) Bangladesh defeat South Africa
(3) England defeat West Indies by a convincible margin
(4) South Africa defeat Ireland

If all these happen, then India & England will be tied with 7 points and the net run rate will decide who is going to the last 8.
