Thanks for introducing RCB rewards!
As something is introduced! some feedback/suggesation has to be made
so i am giving you some suggestions
here they are
1.there must be a leader-board
2.There must be points on these systems also
A.- 1 or 2 points when someone comments on your posts.
B. There must a rating option on the post from parameters of 1 to 5.
  The rating you get from a particular user the marks u get.
C. There must be some points for winning a quiz
D. Uploading your crazy pic about RCB.
E. MGM- number of members you recicuted X2.

3.As the contest has started there are many spammers who are spamming in the site and making the site dirty. There must be negative points for that also

PS: All those feedback and marks that i have suggested is according to me,
you can change if required!

It will help if bloggers get extra points based on the number of comments each posts receive.

we can follow a tiered system:

0-5 comments per post: 5 points
5-15 comments: 10 points
15-30: 15 points
30-60: 20 points
60- 100: 30 points
100+: 50 points

This will ensure that good posts get due advantage, yet scoring points remains a tough task, and has a upper cap.
