except zaheer khan no other seamers have done well for the indian team this wc 2011… we saw the poor performance of ashish nehra against south africa…. even munaf patel was not that impressive this tournament and went for lot of runs…. so i think its a good move to give a chance to sreeshanth who is surely a wicket teking bowler

Ideally India should opt for 3 spinners and one seamer - RCBs own Zaheer Khan in the remaining matches..Sree shouldnt be played.

definitely…......... playing munaf is just a free gift for the aussies if he plays…Munaf is only run saving bowler not naturally wicket taking like Sree..and Sree also have good records against aussies…..he has reverse swing ability with old ball and good speed than Munaf..

i completely agree with u… sree has a better pace and ability than munna…. in all sense he is the better option

Munaf patel is not aggressive bowler. We need aggressiveand control bowler. We need wicket taker.i think at the moment sreeshanth Will fit in to the team.
