After Selecting the Match and entering the number of tickets i am getting a server error when i click on payment page. Is anyone facing the same problem ?

This error comes when the server is slow at your end and it is taking time to access our system to book tickets.  Please note that we have sold over 3000 tickets in the last 2 days.  We request you to try booking the tickets tomorrow.  You must also ensure that your credit card is 3D secure, only then the payment will go through and tickets will be booked.

Hi Fans,
There was no problem as such when we tried to book tickets from a sample Id. After selecting the match, You can add up to 6 tickets to your cart, Once you add ‘X’ tickets, a Small window with a black background opens up saying either -Continue Shopping or Proceed with the payment. ( Check the attached image below to see how the sample looks like).

We request you to try booking your tickets once again. The only glitch here is, you can’t book tickets which says ’ Online Quota sold out’.

After passing through the above step , I selected delivery by courier for each of the tickets and gave my shipping and billing addresses. After this I clicked on the payment button. But it just stays in the same page. I tried this on firefox and IE. Ie threw “Unable to access” error.
Can you please look into this?

I am also facing the same issue here, after selecting the master/visa card icon on the shopping cart, it just says unable to process your request. This is happening for me from the last 3 days, can somebody help me on this.

This is the error msg i get when i click on VISA/mastercard link…. it is really annoying because i have been trying to book tickets from almost a week now im tired of trying…there is absolutely no response from ticketgenie, they don not answer calls and nor do they reply to the email. i have tried every thing possible and given up. if this fraud continues im sure many other RCB fans will give up too….

If you are putting any special characters like # or something while putting your address remove it, then you will be able to proceed further. I had also faced the same problem for a week and then finally was able to figure it out why, I was using a # 324 for the house number, then changed it to No 324 and I was able to proceed further. I had called up TicketGenie and had informed the same. They told that they will put a banner on the page, now they have included the same in the page. Try now, it should work.

Tickets for RCB can be booked via ticketgenie.
